How is the calling quality?Buds N2 Pro comes with Dual mic ANC which effectively cuts out disturbances, ensuring your voice is carried clearly. Call quality does depend on network quality and surrounding disturbances.

Does it announce caller name or number?No. You will get incoming call notifications through tone alerts on your earbuds.

Is Buds N2 Pro waterproof?Buds N2 Pro comes with an IPX5 rating, which means it is water-resistant. The earphones need to be completely dried before the next use.

Is noise cancellation available?Yes, active noise cancellation and environmental noise cancellation are available during calls.

What are the colour options?Desert Gold, Slate Black, Lunar Silver, Arctic Blue, and Aurora Red.

How do I turn Buds N2 Pro on and off?The earbuds turn on automatically when you open the charging case and take them out. They turn off automatically when placed back inside the charging case with the lid closed.

How do I pair Buds N2 Pro with my smartphone?Keep the earbuds and phone close. Open the charging case, take out the earbuds, go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone, search for “Buds N2 Pro”, and select it to pair.

Note: The earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device.

How do I reset Buds N2 Pro?Make sure the earbuds are fully charged. Remove Buds N2 Pro from the paired devices list in your Bluetooth menu. Take the earbuds out of the charging case and long-press both earbuds for 10 seconds until the red and white LED lights blink. Place them back inside the charging case and repeat the pairing process.

Is there a warranty?Yes, there is a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.
