About delivery and handling of the item

When received both the indoor & outdoor units boxes were already opened. And the delivery guy said that they were already opened for verification at your end however when a product is delivered to a client it should be sealed. It is in the presence of the customer that verification is done.

When verified by my technician, he noticed a lot of dust inside the indoor unit & some minor scratches as the plastic that was supposed to be wrapped to it was missing. This brings to the conclusion that the product was already an opened one or used for display rather than opened by your company for verification.

Trust is the backbone for online companies. Losing a customer a day is equal to losing 365 customers a year.

We note that the issue was resolved with our customer service team. As mentioned by our team, the products are verified at warehouse level before delivery, we confirm that the unit was brand new despite the plastic film being missing and the minor scratches. In view to rectify the issue, we had arranged for delivery of a sealed replacement unit, however we were informed that the previously delivered unit was already installed. We confirm that the warranty of 1 year still stands good, and we remain at your disposal for any additional query you may have. We again apologies for the inconvenience caused.
