Order & Refunds

The Customer may cancel his product order by replying on his order email or calling the Endtoend.mu  Customer Care on 212 2400.

The Customer will have to give the Order Confirmation Number when calling on 212 2400 for processing of the cancellation. Endtoend.mu  shall reverse the payment back to his bank card account. For each cancelled order, the Customer will be charged a fee of 5% on the purchase amount (Bank Fees).

The Customer may cancel his product order within 6 hours following the purchase

Returns may be considered upon delivery by Endtoend.mu  and subject to the following conditions:

 – The product delivered does not meet the customers expectations.

 – If the Customer notes that the delivery box is not sealed or is damaged at the time of delivery.

 – If an out of box failure is noted for the particular product upon testing at time of delivery.

 – If there is a mismatch between the product ordered and the delivered one.

 – For the conditions mentioned above:

 – The Customer must not accept delivery and must immediately rerun the product(s) to the Endtoend.mu  Delivery Staff.

– The Customer understands that the second delivery depends on stock availability, and where stock is available, the product will be delivered to the Customer within 3 Business Day.

After delivery, the Customer must notify Endtoend.mu  as soon as reasonably possible once he becomes aware of any defect in the operation of a product by calling on 212 2400. Any request for return will be considered solely based on the warranty conditions attached to the product including the following conditions:

– The Customer must bring the defective product to Endtoend.mu  Head Office located at13 Pope Hennessy Street, 12th Floor Hennessy court , together with the valid Warranty Certificate and receipt of purchase.

– The Customer agrees neither to, nor allow any other party to modify or tamper the product. Any evidence of tamper will be tantamount to material breach by the Customer and Endtoend.mu  shall have no obligation to accept back the product.

– The Customer must present the Sales Invoice, and/or the Transaction Receipt and identification details (National ID or Passport).

-Goods once sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable.

Products can be exchanged on a case to case basis, depending on product availability. 

The product must be returned sealed in box with all accessories and warranty card.

Consumables are excluded for returns. Excluded products are mentioned in the product details.

Hire Purchase

Hire purchase prices may vary according to the number of installments selected and a 10% deposit may apply to certain products. Kindly note, approval of the Credit Application is determined by Rogers Capital.

By applying for Hire Purchase, the Customer authorizes Endtoend.mu  to collect on its behalf, all information relating to the customer’s KYC documents: Pay Slip, NID, Proof of Address, Bank Payroll, Statement of Account, and any other required information (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data” in our Privacy Policy) held by Endtoend.mu ; and will disclose such Personal Data to Rogers Capital in order to vet and approve his hire purchase or loan application.

A 12% APR is applicable

A service fee of a maximum of 6.5% of the retail price can be applicable.
