Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Endtoend.mu, we aim to provide a transparent purchasing experience. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are handled for the purchase options currently available on our website.

Standard Purchases

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, all products sold on Endtoend.mu are standard purchases.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, collected, or delivered, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be governed by our Returns, Refunds, Warranty & Repairs Policy, where applicable.

Endtoend reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests based on the current status of the order.

Subscriptions

Endtoend.mu does not currently offer subscription-based products or recurring billing services.

If subscription services are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to include the applicable billing, renewal and cancellation terms.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may occasionally be offered for pre-order before they become available in stock.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The estimated availability or delivery date shown on the product page is an estimate only and is subject to change.

• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time the pre-order is placed. Any remaining balance must be paid before the order is dispatched, where applicable.

• You may request to cancel your pre-order at any time before the order has been processed for dispatch.

• Once a pre-order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or is ready for collection, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns, Refunds, Warranty & Repairs Policy.

• If Endtoend is unable to fulfil your pre-order due to supplier cancellation, discontinued products, allocation shortages, or any other reason, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for the unavailable item.

• Estimated arrival dates may change due to manufacturer production schedules, shipping delays, customs clearance, port congestion, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond Endtoend's reasonable control. Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract and do not automatically entitle customers to compensation.

Try Before You Buy

Endtoend.mu does not currently offer a "Try Before You Buy" service.

Any future evaluation, rental, or trial programs will be subject to separate terms and conditions published at the time they are introduced.

Changes to this Policy

Endtoend reserves the right to amend or update this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on Endtoend.mu.
