Our Delivery Policy

Delivery within 48Hrs Islandwide – Monday – Saturday

  • Free Delivery on Orders above Rs 1500

  • For Orders under Rs 1500, the delivery fee is of Rs 150.

  • Delivery of 48Hrs is not applicable for Hire Purchase Orders as it will be subject to approval from Rogers Capital or CIM Finance.

Where do you Deliver?

We deliver HassleFree within 48Hours across Mauritius.

Can I Pick up?

Your Order can be pickeup up directly at our office after confirmation of your order by our sales team.

  • Only small to mid size items can be collected.

  • Some Product can be collected immediately subject to availability in our Port Louis Store.

  • Otherwise, products can be collected after confirmation from our Sales Team, as the product will have to be transferred from our Warehouse to Office.

  • Unless available immediately, the product can be collected after up to 1 business day.

  • Due to Covid 19 Sanitary reasons, products cannot be collected directly in our warehouse.

What is the maximum time for delivery?

With our End to End HassleFree delivery service, the maximum time for delivery is 48Hours, from Monday to Saturday.

Endtoend’s logistics usually delivers in the same day if orders are placed before 11 am.

Can I schedule a Delivery for later?

Yes, Definitely. HassleFree is what we do! Please put a note when placing your order or when confirming with our Sales Team.

How does the delivery work?

Our fulfilment teams works hard to ensure a HassleFree experience for our customers.

  1. After placing your order, you will receive an order receipt email.

  2. Our Customer Experience team will give you a call to confirm your order and delivery slot

  3. Our delivery team will give you a call prior to delivery to confirm your location and delivery time slot.

  4. Our driver will also inform you 30 minutes prior to your delivery.

  5. Your product is delivered HassleFree

Can you deliver to my office?

Definitely yes! HassleFree is what we do! 

Can I reschedule a delivery?

HassleFree is what we do! So Yes, we can reschedule your delivery. Please call us on 2122400 or reply on your confirmation email.

However, if we can’t reach you, your delivery may be cancelled.

Can I ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this moment due to covid-19.

Order & Refunds

How do I cancel an Order

The Customer may cancel his product order by replying on his order email or calling the Endtoend.mu  Customer Care on 212 2400.

The Customer will have to give the Order Confirmation Number when calling on 212 2400 for processing of the cancellation. Endtoend.mu  shall reverse the payment back to his bank card account. For each cancelled order, the Customer will be charged a fee of 5% on the purchase amount (Bank Fees).

How long do I have to return an item?

The Customer may cancel his product order within 6 hours following the purchase

Can I return or exchange an item i bought online?

Returns may be considered upon delivery by Endtoend.mu  and subject to the following conditions:

 – The product delivered does not meet the customers expectations.

 – If the Customer notes that the delivery box is not sealed or is damaged at the time of delivery.

 – If an out of box failure is noted for the particular product upon testing at time of delivery.

 – If there is a mismatch between the product ordered and the delivered one.

 – For the conditions mentioned above:

 – The Customer must not accept delivery and must immediately rerun the product(s) to the Endtoend.mu  Delivery Staff.

– The Customer understands that the second delivery depends on stock availability, and where stock is available, the product will be delivered to the Customer within 3 Business Day.

After delivery, the Customer must notify Endtoend.mu  as soon as reasonably possible once he becomes aware of any defect in the operation of a product by calling on 212 2400. Any request for return will be considered solely based on the warranty conditions attached to the product including the following conditions:

– The Customer must bring the defective product to Endtoend.mu  Head Office located at13 Pope Hennessy Street, 12th Floor Hennessy court , together with the valid Warranty Certificate and receipt of purchase.

– The Customer agrees neither to, nor allow any other party to modify or tamper the product. Any evidence of tamper will be tantamount to material breach by the Customer and Endtoend.mu  shall have no obligation to accept back the product.

– The Customer must present the Sales Invoice, and/or the Transaction Receipt and identification details (National ID or Passport).

-Goods once sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable.

How do I return an item?

Products can be exchanged on a case to case basis, depending on product availability. 

The product must be returned sealed in box with all accessories and warranty card.

Are any items excluded from the return policy?

Consumables are excluded for returns. Excluded products are mentioned in the product details.
