At Endtoend.mu, we source our products from multiple manufacturers, authorised distributors and reputable suppliers, both locally and internationally to provide genuine and quality products to our customers.

  1. Our warranty policy helps you stay covered in case of defects in material, design and workmanship after purchase of the product. 
  2. All our products, unless stated otherwise, carry the manufacturer’s warranty, provided by the authorized representative of the manufacturer.
  3. Warranty durations are mentioned on product pages.
  4. All our products are delivered with the warranty card supplied by the authorized representatives and the terms of the authorised representative’s warranty will apply.
  5. Warranty on a product will start from the product purchase date  
  6. Warranty repairs will be carried out by authorized service centers. 
  7. The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period to benefit from warranty services.
  8. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
  9. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer.
  10. To avail of warranty services if a defect occurs in your product within the valid warranty period, you can raise the request through your endtoend account. Our warranty team shall contact you within 24 hours for claim validation and troubleshooting followed by pictures of the product from all angles along with IMEI/Serial number.

  1. Personal Data and information on devices are the responsibility of customers and customers are advised to make back-ups for their data and remove lock/password prior to servicing the device.
  2. The time required to obtain device information or customer approval is not included within the TurnAround Time of the repair process.
  3. The Turn Around Time of the repair may differ depending on the local Brand Representative and Service Centres.
  4. By submitting your item for repair, you consent to us and the repairer using your contact details in this way only as required in connection with the repair service.
  5. The customer confirms that all information provided during the warranty claim is correct.
  6. Screen protectors should be removed by the customer to serve the device.
  7. The warranty will not be covered under the below conditions:
    1. Defect or damage is the result of the customer misuse and non-abidance by the instructions for use.
    2. Liquid spill on product.
    3. Product having un-authorized repairs.
  1. All the items covered by warranty and can be sent to End to End through the following methods below:
    1. Pick Up and Delivery Service. Our Pickup Service has a fee of 
      1. Small Products – Rs 250 
      2. Large Appliances –  Rs 600 for Large Appliances.
    2. Small Products Only can be dropped off to our Office in Port Louis and collected after the Repairs or Exchange has been completed.
  2. The customer must provide the corresponding accessories and product to the courier company during the pickup (it includes earphone, battery, charge carrier).
